The required data were collected through questionnaires, namely the Corona Disease Anxiety Scale to check the level of participants' anxiety and stress, and the PSQI-Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index to check the quality of participants' sleep. The questionnaires were sent and completed via Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS 26 software.Results: The prevalence of sleep disorders in professors and students of Sari Dental School during the COVID-19 pandemic was 56.5% and 62.6%, respectively. Anxiety and stress levels of 17 (73.9%) professors and 109 (94.8%) students of Sari Dental School were mild during the COVID-19; however, it was at moderate and severe levels only in 6 (26.1%) professors and 6 (5.2%) students. Stress and anxiety of university professors and students demonstrated a significant relationship with their gender (P<0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that the total score of anxiety and stress of professors and students was at a low level. Sleep disorders of professors and students were at an inappropriate and poor level, and if a sleep disorder existed, it was not serious. The components of mental quality of sleep and the component of psychological symptoms in professors and students did not have an ideal level.}, keywords = {Anxiety,COVID-19,sleep disorder,stress}, title_fa = {بررسی اضطراب، استرس و اختلال خواب در اساتید و دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی ساری در دوران همه‌گیری کووید 19 در سال 1400}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی اضطراب، استرس و اختلال خواب در اساتید و دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی ساری در دوران همه‌گیری کرونا بود.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی، 23 استاد دانشگاه و 115 دانشجوی دانشکده دندانپزشکی ساری شرکت کردند، جهت بررسی میزان اضطراب و استرس هر یک از شرکت کننده‌ها، از پرسشنامه مقیاس اضطراب کووید-19 و جهت بررسی کیفیت خواب از پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب از طریق ایمیل، واتساپ و یا تلگرام استفاده شد. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری وارد نرم‌افزار SPSS 26 شد.یافته ها: میزان شیوع اختلال خواب اساتید و دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی ساری در دوران همه‌گیری کووید-19، به ترتیب 5/56 درصد و 6/62 درصد بود. میزان اضطراب و استرس 17 نفر (9/73 درصد) از اساتید و 109 نفر (8/94 درصد) از دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی ساری در دوران همه‌گیری کووید-19 در سطح خفیف قرار داشت. تنها میزان اضطراب و استرس 6 نفر (1/26 درصد) از اساتید و 6 نفر (2/5 درصد) از دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی ساری در دوران همه‌گیری کووید-19 در سطح متوسط و شدید بود. ارتباط معناداری بین میزان اضطراب و استرس با جنسیت اساتید و دانشجویان در دوران همه گیری کووید-19 وجود داشت (05/0>P). نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که نمره کل اضطراب و استرس اساتید و دانشجویان در سطح خفیف قرار داشت. اختلال خواب اساتید و دانشجویان در سطح نامناسب بود و در صورت وجود اختلال خواب، اختلال مختصر بود. همچنین مؤلفه های کیفیت ذهنی خواب و مؤلفه علائم روانی در اساتید و دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی از سطح ایده آلی برخوردار نبودند. }, keywords_fa = {اضطراب,استرس,اختلال خواب,ویروس کوید 19}, url = {https://jmds.mums.ac.ir/article_21938.html}, eprint = {https://jmds.mums.ac.ir/article_21938_c9361e45e0df896669c892c756bed585.pdf} }
